Arrival & Dismissal Procedures for 25-26

General division-wide procedures for elementary pick-up and drop-off include the following:

  • Student drop-off time is 9:00 a.m. Do not pass cars at the drop-off line.
  • All traffic should move in the same direction.
  • Do not enter the bus ramp.
  • Drive slowly and watch for pedestrians and students exiting cars.
  • Please have students exit the car nearest the sidewalk/entrance.
  • The school day begins at 9:25 a.m. Students are tardy after 9:25 a.m.
  • Any student arriving after 9:25 a.m. must be escorted by a parent or guardian to the main entrance to be signed in.
  • Do not park in the fire lane as this may result in a ticket.
  • The school day ends at 3:50 P.M.
  • If a student requires early dismissal for an appointment and/or family emergency, he/she must be signed out before 3:30 pm. Students being picked up after 3:30 will not be dismissed until 4:20.

When arriving to pick up you will see a QR code to scan that will bring you to a Google form to complete as the official sign out for your child.

Part of completing the digital sign out form will require you to know their student ID #. If you do not know your student ID # please contact the front office.

If you do not have a phone to scan the QR code, we will have a computer in the foyer to provide assistance for you.

This process will take the place of the paper sign out form and is required to sign your child out.

This digital sign-out process is required for the safety and accountability of all students. It ensures that we know who is picking up each child and when they leave school grounds.

How to sign out your student:

  • Open your phone’s camera
  • Hover over the QR code
  • Tap the link that appears
  • Complete the sign-out form with your child’s information
  • Ring the buzzer for entry and proceed to the kiosk to the SSO

Why it’s important:

  • Keeps accurate dismissal records
  • Ensures student safety
  • Helps staff monitor and manage daily check-outs

We appreciate your support in keeping our school community safe and organized!
